Connecticut-based kindred with folks such as Mike Hicks and Patricia Lafayllve.Wonderfully informative articles can be found there, as well.
Located in northern Connecticut and a member of the American Vinland Association. Some neat audio tracks and links on their site!
Delaware
One of the most active and established Theod's on the east coast. A good starting point for learning about Theodism. They follow Théodish Belief, "which emphasizes the bonds of the community and the development of a worldview and cultural ethos that our ancient forebears would have honored, and uses these tools to forge a connection between the individual and the divine".
Maryland based Kindred. Keepers of the first government-recognized Hof (Heathen-dedicated "church" building) in our country. One of the three kindreds who co-host the East Coast Thing. Among the members is Joe Marek and Laurel Mendes, a Seidr woman. The folks here are welcoming, and lots of fun! They hold once-a-month lore nights, rune study, movie nights, and so on.
Based out of central Ohio, these folks have been around for a little while now. Their site has a good networking list and information.
Centered mostly in Massachusetts, "Raven Kindred North (RKN) is one of the oldest traditional kindreds on the East Coast." One of the three kindreds who host the East Coast Thing.
Ohio
Kindred in Western Pennsylvania, with wonderful members such as Denise Bowen and Ann Groa Sheffield (who wrote a great book, Frey: God of the World). Website also provides a some articles, beautiful poems, songs, and blessings. Well worth the visit!
"An Asatru Kindred located in the Northern Shenandoah Valley area of Virginia, dedicated to the study and worship of the Norse Gods, the Ancestors and the Landvaettir." Eplagarthr holds events throughout the year, including their Winter Night's Festival in mid-October." The folks in this kindred are warm and friendly, we highly recommend making one of their events!
